Role Overview: We are seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead our engineering team and oversee the maintenance, improvement, and operational efficiency of our production equipment and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all engineering projects and initiatives align with our company’s standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the engineering team, ensuring effective performance and development.
• Plan and oversee all maintenance and installation activities to ensure minimal disruption to production.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
• Work closely with production teams to identify and address equipment-related issues.
• Prepare and manage the engineering budget, ensuring cost-efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve production volumes and maintain quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• At least 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of modern manufacturing machinery and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to manage and control maintenance operations budgets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems.
